The best thing to do is:
1- call them back and ask to speak to a supervisor or someone high in command and tell them what happened. Also tell them how you were treated by the associates that took your calls. Tell them that you want something done about this cuz your credit card is on there, if it hasn't been taken off, and you have been charged over $200 of stuff that you didn't authorize. They should be able to do something about it. Make sure you talk to someone that is over the associates that takes the calls.
2- call the bank/credit card company that you have the credit card through and let them know that your xbl account was hacked and they spent over $200 of stuff that you didn't authorize any of the transactions. If it is a credit card that is on the account, they should do a charge back and take the charges off your bill. If it was a debit card or a card from the bank, go to your bank and sit down with the manager of that bank and explain your situation. Again, they should be able to help ya out.

Not wrote my account got hacked back in august. i called microsoft and they said they would get to it and it would be up to 25 days before it has been returned. then i called back 2 weeks later checking on it and gave the reference number and they didnt link the hacked account with it so it had nothing done on it. they took my account and then actually filed my new report. i just got a call back today, which i put the report in september 20th, and he said they cancled my investigation because of falsified information. WTF!? and the account had been hacked and charged with 200+ dollars and it wouldnt be refunded. everything i had is lost forever and the person who hacked me didnt change my email so i know his gamertag.Credit card fraud, Felony prosecute to the fullest extent of the law

well my account got hacked to and i was on the phone with them for like 2 hours and they didnt do crap, so yea dont count on microsoft if your account gets taken. either find were the guys lives and beat him up or try your hardest to get it back some other way.
