@bkcarlito i actually called microsoft back right after i wrote this and flamed on the guy, who then took me to the supervisor and he squared everything up. he is one of the nicest people i have talked to at that shitty company. and the account will be back in under 1 week.
@Fist-Pump the credit card was canceled about the second day i found out about this.

I'm glad you were able to get everything squared away. I figure if you talked to a supervisor or someone high up you get better progress.
Make sure to also call your bank/credit card company and tell them the situation so they know why there was over $200 spent on xbl. Hopefully they will get it taken care of, if Microsoft can't.
