Well normally when people are looking to buy phones the 'communication' is the most important thing about it. So therefore why would I go out and buy an iTouch which disables me from being able to talk to people? Therefore it is not a phone and why would I want it? lol.

Yeah that's the downside to contracts when you really want a new phone but can't get one because you can't upgrade at the time; which is why I always use Pay as you go.
Apart from i'm going to get my iPhone (assuming I get it, which I'm pretty sure I still will even though it has a few problems) because of the amount of time I will be on internet related things on it which would cost A LOT if I had to pay for it through pay as you go

Yeah, but like if I get one and there are errors and since Apple have admitted that there are some problems with it. I am 99.9% sure they will replace/fix or do something to make the current iPhone4's work the same as the updated version they will bring out.
And to do the above they will end up stopping manufacturing new iPhones until that is sorted which means it would be like a good 4-6weeks from now for me to get an iPhone if I waited to get a new, updated version without the problems.
OR
I could take the very small risk, buy one now and if there are major problems with it i'm pretty sure Apple will sort something out to fix it since they aren't just going to abandon the current iPhone4's which are having problems at the moment

Yeah, I was thinking about getting another phone because of all of these problems, but then again I really want the iPhone and even if another phone is a tiny bit better; it still wouldn't be as good as the iPhone4 in my eyes and like most others haha.

i was going to get it but i will just stick to my 3gs
3gs has no problems 8)
