Hello XBOX LIVE will be making a new update that makes it so your account will be saved in cloud storage. Essentially that means you may not get your account on your USB Port. Your probably thinking well what if I already have it on there? Well they are changing the original player data so heads up to all the people modding gears untill the update comes HAVE FUN WITH YOUR PLAYER STATS

You cant your profile will no longer be on your hardrive you will have to sign in to even go online just like on your email

Microsoft promised cloud storage solution for Xbox 360 that allows you to store your profile data and game saves during the E3 conference. Microsoft is keeping on its promise and delivering the update to users. As one of the Eurogamer reader noticed, the new cloud storage solution allows you to switch between consoles with your Xbox LIVE ID having the same game saves and profile info.

As Marc Whitten from Xbox LIVE describes,

"We are making it easier for you to sign into your Xbox Live account from any console at any time to access your game saves and full profile,"

"Cloud storage will allow you to enjoy the same great Xbox Live gaming experience even when youre not in your own living room by giving you the option to store your game saves securely in the Xbox Live cloud, instead of on a portable memory unit or your consoles hard drive.

"Gone are the days of gamertag recovery. Now all you need to do is sign in, no matter where you are!"
