You can block his phone number from calling you. Just call your service provider and tell them about the issue and they will be able to block the phone number from calling you.

I find that quite funny
You never know a friend or someone you know could of spread your number around.
Or someone of Facebook could of possibly got ahold of it if you have facebook.
Could be multiple things.
But, Change your number. Easiest way.
If it carries on after that, it might be someone you or a friend knows.

i think this is more than just prank calling cuz it doesnt seem like a joke

It's because there's this program that you can buy that let's you have any number you want but they can't call you back on it. It's for MORONS I guess!!!

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER BUT WHEN I TRIED TO CALL IT TO SEE WHO IT IS I GET A RECORDED MESSAGE THAT THE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. MIND YOU THERE WAS ONLY 10 MINUTES BETWEEN THE LAST CALL RECEIVED AND MY ATTEMPT TO CALL IT BACK. VERY WEIRD!

I keep getting calls from this number my phone doesn't get to ring and I see it...go to answer to see who it is they hang up so i call back to see who it is and the number had been disconnected...but they just called me...I'm confused and irritated its been going on for about a week now n i get about 2 calls a day ugh WTH does anyone kno who this is or wut they want?!

I got two calls from this number today and sure enough when I called the number back it was reported as disconnected. I called Century-link's annoyance hotline and they told me that this is normal for telemarketers. They purchase out-bound lines only so that they can't receive incoming calls. They then proceeded to tell me that they could not do anything about it.

ID says Gilbert AZ calling to me in Los Angeles 2 or 3 times a day. When I answer, the caller says nothing no matter how long I wait (okay, a couple of minutes and they might hang up first before me). Never tries to leave a message, never answers. Happening for a couple of weeks if not a month or more. Weird and completely aggravating. Maybe it's an individual who just wants to read these posts.

I have been getting calls from this number for a while. The person doesn't say anything. Last night I read him the "riot act" and I got him to respond. He asked me if I was the answering machine. I told him his number was disconnected so he didn't exist. He tried to talk over me. I played around with phone number lookup and found a name and address in Mesa, AZ . It's a Qwest line. Call him Dean? He called again this morning. When I answered he said he was hanging up. One more call, I will go to the Arizona AG.

I just got a call from this number. I said hello twice, got no response, only heard background noise then they hung up. Upon trying to call the number back, I got the same recording as mentioned above, that it was disconnected. Irritating.
