Best bet is the shoutbox, or as Ant. I only posted on here to redirect you.
You could take it into a shop and ask.

That would imply the motherboard is getting power. So its not a ruined PSU. What watt is your PSU? w350? w500?
Any other lights on the motherboard?

Remove all devices and expansion cards from the M/B and attempt boot.
If the computer turns on attach devices/ cards one at a time trying to boot with each addition.
If that does not work, remove all cards and extensions and remove both sticks of RAM. If you here beeping then M/B and CPU is ok, no beeps means broken M/B or CPU.
If it beeps add one stick of RAM, if it works add another. If not try another "slot" if that does not work try again with a different bit of RAM.
If nothing then either CPU or M/B is dead. But if there is no lights on the M/B then chances are that the M/B is gone.

Try this first: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If you cant remove the battery or it does not work, try this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
That will reset the BIOS. So your changes will be lost. However we can see if it was what you did that broke it.
