Soooo much things could of gone wrong here. Put too much vCORE into your CPU and probably did some serious damage to the MOBO/CPU. Is there a clear CMOS button the back of your MOBO? If so, press that and see if it boots up.

so now i have to unsrew my MOBO, great.......

didnt have a cmos thingy i pulled up the batteri gonna test later today.
