Im not sure, i had this too the first time i tried to log in. I think it either has something to do with either the account that you used when you crated your origin account got banned from Xbox Live or PSN. Or it could be from if your birth date you registered with is less than 18 years old. Hope you figure it out.

Also you could create a new account with another email i think.

Yeah it told me that too, the only way is to download the beta for PC.... Unfortnatly I can't so idk will I still be able to with a different way?
