YOUR CURRENT GAMER PROFILE SETTINGS DO NOT ALLOW PLAYING ONLINE GAMES. TO CONTINUE, ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE SETTINGS THAT ALLOW ONLINE PLAY

if you go on to your dashboard / my xbox click your profile then go across to online safety


then just fix settings and you will be unbanned simple i tryed on my 2 nd account

then turn family settings on and off again if there on turn them off

Are you this much of a DERP?

If it's saying that your not console banned just more than likely when your Mum bought you your Xbox for christmas she put family settings on for you, Gears of ar is an 18 and if family setting are on then you will not be able to play gears for obvious reasons please think it through!
