1st step

First of all notice the "Realmlist: wow.zenet.org / zenetwow.servegame.com"
Copy either "wow.zenet.org" or "zenetwow.servegame.com"

2nd step
----------------
Now you're gonna create your account for the server, so fill in the lines and press create.
Now you should get the message "The account (e.g.) thetechgame.org has been created"

3rd step
----------------
Now find your World of Warcraft's shortcut (Which should be on your desktop)
Now right click on it and choose "Properties"
There should pop up a new window, find the button " Find Target" and push it.

4th step
----------------
Now you should be in your World of Warcraft folder.
Find a file called "Realmlist.wtf", make a backup of it*
Open it using Notepad.

5th step
----------------
In realmlist there should be the text ;
set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com

or

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

If you're american,

Now you should change the realmlist, an example would be;

set realmlist zenetwow.servegame.com
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com

After you added the realmlist of the desired private server, close the realmlist.wtf

6th step

Now open your World of Warcraft, login with the account you created at the homepage.

Unless the server is ****, you should now be ready to rule the private server!


*Backup explained;
Make a copy of realmlist.wtf and put it on desktop or whatever, just another place than in world of warcraft folder.
The reason to why you should backup is if you get tired of the private server, and maybe wanna play on normal world of warcraft again, then you have to change the realmlist again, instead you can just put in the backup and replace the other realmlist, and you can log into Blizzards World of Warcraft, with your originally account again.

***once you find a server you want to join set the realmlist to the servers ip you want to join.
