In my opinion, there can't be a Gears of War 4 because there's no enemy left to kill or destroy.

It has already been announced i saw it somewhere that there is going to be a gear 4.

Well no, Dom dies. And the person responsible for it all and including killing Marcus dad was that Queen. Marcus killed her at the end. There's really nothing else COG could possibly be fighting for. And the locust a probaly nothing without there leader. If there is a Gears of war 4 it would probaly be a different species or some other infection that has spread

Epic announced, and it says on the cover im pretty sure. its the last gears of war game. Lambent are all dead, the virus is gone. and The locust all died because of the Lambent cure, and besides they have no queen anymore. So no, i dont think there will be a new GoW This is the last one.
