Why xbox Customer support Sucks.... -_-Posted:

I had a problem with my brand new xbox slim and i sent it in to get fixed and the told me to keep all of my hardware. ( Example = Controllers , Hard Drive and Games ) it took me over 3 Months to get my console back.
so when i get it back everything on my harddrive was gone :O and i went to recover my account and it said i had the the correct email but the wrong password. so i called xbox and complained and apperently it wasn't my account anymore because the credential's were incorrect. and i filled out the form through hotmail.com about my password change. and apperently i have everythin gwrong including my secret question. and xbox says they wont help me unless i have the correct answers to all of the questions verifying that im the account owner.
so now i'm forced to make a new account. and now i have no good guns or anything on mw2 anymore
so the all my work that went into my 8 prestiges are gone.......

Dude it does suck. They took 4 months just for a new hard drive. And every time I called them they said they had shipped it...
