Basically I modded my little brothers camo to the Xbox camo a few days before the Jack in The Box Sweepstakes started, and he's is still not banned. I also modded his characters to a Savage Kantus and Adam Fenix. Worst comes to worst you'll get banned from Gears of War 3 if they are smart enough to track it, but you definitely won't get banned from Xbox Live for Marketplace Theft for using the Horizon Method.
