Nah this guy's an idiot. Yes it's illegal and can get you up to 5 years of jail I believe? But it doesn't mean they going to. They'd have to put a lot of people and jail and most are underage so no you can't really get in trouble but it is against the law.

Yes, It is illegal, you have illegally modified an Xbox 360 console or own an Illegally modified Xbox 360, And You Run Modified Code that is not meant to be edited, from an .iso that has been cracked, AND its a profitable organisation (i dont mean company, just like, Its something that is making money).

BUT,
It'd actually cost Microsoft and Infinity Ward more money if they tried to sue every single Well Known 10th Lobby hoster and JTAGer. So you're safe, anyway, they'll just ban you, so your forced to spend your money on KV's they'll know what A JTAG is, hell i presume they'll have loads of them, trying to get how they work inside out and stuff. So..

Your safe, they'll just keep making you pay for it via banning you constantly, E.G my Friend xTOOKTAx hosted 14 lobbies in a row (every day), now he turns on a JTAG with a new KV, signs in and gets banned. It'll just cost you for the KV's

It doesn't really matter at all becasue thousands of people host 10th lobbies, and 60% of people when in to a 10th lobby so it shows that many people know that the game is exploitable.
