hi i have a xbox but i can not find the dvd drive that come with it is there a way to chnge the dvd drive with out the old dvd drive?

No the only way to do that would be to have the old dvd drive and swap the like motherboard thing that under the dvd drive and swap that out with the new one

each dvd key is unique to each xbox if they are missed matched they wont work.
