Ok, this is pointless on my point of view. You can just use a regular card on paypal, this is like saying:

Step 1:
Go to the nearest bank
Step 2:
Open an account
Step 3:
Add it to paypal

I'm not seeing a point to this post, if this is meant for minors then this won't work. If it's for minors, you can't sign up to Netspend unless you are 18+ years of age. You can't sign up to PayPal also unless you are 18, so I'm still not recognizing the point of this.

Please help me comprehend the reason being of this thread.
