GTA IV Role Play!

Ok we are doing this Role Play that endures 3 roles.

THIS ROLE PLAY IS FOR PEOPLE WHO WILL ACTUALLY PLAY AND WONT SCREW AROUND!

Roles: Police- Keep the city safe(they have to listen to there leaders the C.O.P and A.C.O.P)

Civilian- (9) They can be bad or good its players choice they can do whatever they want but if it is bad and is caught by a cop they will be apprehended.

Pilot (2) There are two pilots and they are the only people who can fly helicopters. And can act as a civilian role.

RULES:!!!!

Okay Civilians are allowed to only have one weapon pistol only. If caught with any other weapons they will be KOS.(kill on sight) Police officers can only have pistols and shotguns and pilots can only have pistols. (Pilots just don't use the RPG). If a cop comes behind with sirens to pull you over you can either pull over or take off into a chase. But if you pull over than you cannot take off when a cop gets out of his vehicle. Cops can only pull over people if they see them speeding or doing something bad. Cops can call in back up cannot shoot at a car unless shot at. If pulled over at gun point the offender must get out of car and put in back of cop car. If he tries to escape he is KOS and re-spawns with new record. If a person gets away were an officer cant see him on screen and not on the radar you have escaped. IF A COP IS KILLED THE PLAYER WHO HAS KILLED HIM WILL BE KOS BECAUSE OF THE COP KILLING AND COPS WILL BE ABLE TO USE RADAR ON THE GUY WHO KILLED HIM BUT COP KILLING IS ALLOWED BUT ILLEAGLE LIKE REAL LIFE. IF A COP PULLS OVER A MAN THAN THE COP MUST CALL THE OFFENDER THROUGH THE PHONE TO TALK. If someone is caught poor;y driving hitting people they will be pulled over.
