Well I was watching loads of videos about Ghost and ways he didn't die.
Robert Bowling said something like this: "Ghost..... isn't exactly dead, just not in the way you might think"

Well I love Ghost as much as the next person, but I REALLY think he is DEAD.
But I am pretty sure this has been posted before because it is such an obvious possibility.

Ghost is a CODENAME, if you will. Say i don't know, Dave was "Ghost" in MW2. He dies and "Gary" becomes "Ghost".

It is an honour to be called Ghost, and the soldiers know it

Ghost is just sandman. Its just a different character, same sound actor from COD4 and MW2. Thats what he meant by not dead as you might think..
