It where they make sure there are no bugs/glitches. "How long do they do this?" It can take from 30 seconds, to a day, to a month. "Then its finally out?" NO. There are 16 testers(who make sure its good) Of those 16, half must say that it looks good enough to release. "OH...Then we get it?" NO. Before 816 have there chance to give the thumbs up...2/16 can give the thumbs down, then failing the update. "What happens then?" They have to wait about month to put in peerview again, but first they check for more bugs/glitches before announcing it in peerview. Hope this helped.
