I woulden't recommend it cause of your low prayer. but if you'd rather just bring an extra pot yeah.

Don't even bother with frost dragons, sorry to tell you but they are OVERRUN with bots. GL getting one kill.

It costs like 10 for the supplies for the quest, and like 10k to buy it.... also bringing a Prayer book to Frost dragons is probably the worst thing to bring, I suggest at least an anti-dragonfire shield so you dont get raped by it's dragonfire. Tgey cost like 5k. And you ned at least like full bandos to effectively kill them. without it, you'll get like 5 kills per trip. You can go with like black dhide, but you'll want to maybe bring a super defense in that case. And keep in mind the minimum req of 85 dungeoneering to even get into the cave.

Your stats are well over average as opposed to all those Frost bots.
