If you are from the UK, I will sell you a Falcon, with no cables and no HDD, for 100.
However.... A xenon is the cheapest Mobo you can buy, They normally have a higher failure rate than other boards, however, there is loads of ways to help prevent this. If you for instance get one from Icy-Tank (or I think Nitz0) then it will be re-balled, which potentially means, it could have a lifespan just as long as a Jasper.

Xenon is the cheapest, but also it brakes up the easiest
