clearly you a dumba## this is true the glitch was found before they relased it an they pretty much sad why patch it when we can ruin their gameplay
so you have to have mule kick for 3 guns or it will reset an you can have more than 4 guns

This is not fake when the game first came out i discovered a no gun glitch but when you buy a gun it does it exactly what you said. It still works now if you dont believe me.
To do you need at least 2 guns, then put your helmet on the spam up on the dpad lots of times and just stop really quick after you have done it for a bit.
You should be left with no helmet on and no gun
Now go and buy a gun off the wall, but be warned your regret it.
