looks quite good, i like the sort of background you have going on. you should put a glow or a stroke on the glowing line thing, when you put the stroke on then set the opacity to something you think works and the size of the stroke shouldn't be too much. it just gives the glowing line a bit more effect

overall i'd say 7/10
