This is my guide for 99 Cooking. Hope you like it.
1 - 5 Shrimp---about 78
5 - 20 Herring---about 82
20 - 45 Salmon---about 635
45 - 75 Tuna---about 11,490
75 - 92 Lobster---about 44,222
92 - 95 Monkfish---about 15,035
95 - 99 Shark---about 20,300
This is the way i did it, i would say do the quest "Family Crest" so you get cooking gaunts and you will not burn the food as much

Pictures, more detailed descriptions on what to cook, also where to cook would be nice. I don't play RS anymore but I still enjoy reading some posts regarding skills. See what you can do to make it better and I'm sure people will love it.

Dont Bother Making A Guide If It Isnt Better Than Bank's 99 Guide That He Made For Almost Every Skill. This Is Copy And Pasted Clearly. Atleast Give Credit.

94-99 Sharks with cooking gauntlets. With gauntlets, I would do 68-81 Lobsters. 81-94 swordfish. Without gauntlets, 74-86 lobsters. 86-99 swordfish if you want to guarantee no burns. Slight chance of profit as well.
