Treyarc are scanning there servers for unauthorised coding. It is basically like a mini ban wave except if your not using the mods whilst it checks you, then when it moves on and you use mods it wont ban you. Your just quite unlucky it was checking you at the sametime you were using the mod, it only takes a few seconds to check. They are doing these more recently now, as they cant patch the mods through a hotfix or TU as it gamesave mods/infections and/which they use an overite command. This is the reason why not everyone is getting banned and random people are. A few people may have got banned along with you at the same time but probably not lots.

No what hes trying to say is that if you use these mods then you will get banned. Either he was to lazy to take a picture and upload it so he got one from the internet or he just got the first picture he could find no matter how old it is.
