The tutorial is based on my experience of joining clan's and starting clans.
Ok let's start off...
Starting a new clan.
This section if you want to start a clan.
Starting a clan can be very challenging and takes a lot of hard work and determination.Sometime you can't Find clan members,people aren't socializing or taking part in the clan or just you don't have any experience and are completely new to making a clan.
Here are a few tips on things to do before starting your clan:
1.Make sure you are filling to devote most of your gaming to your clan especially if you are the leader of the clan.
2.Try and find a friend or someone that you trust with a similar standard of gaming to you, and ask them if they will co-host.
3. Choose a category you would like your clan to focus on, eg: Sniping,Modding,Hacking,GB,any specific game etc.
4.Think of a couple of good names and choose the one you like best and ask people what one's they prefer, people like having a good clan name.
5.If you want a GB clan, it's a good to have GB before you open the clan to get good players in your clan.
6.Creating a website is a great way to show that you are devoted to your clan and want your clan to do well.It also looks like your clan means business.
7.Having a good graphics designer to make you things like, YouTube pictures, Clan pictures,clan intro's etc.
8.Create your clan a YouTube account will also show your clan is devoted and maybe have a person your TRUST that controls what happens on YouTube channel.
9.Having a person with a recorder like a HD-PVR or a Black Magic is a great way of posting up video's of what your clan does.
10.A well known clan was never built in two seconds, it takes time a dedication to make your clan successful.
Follow these steps well and you may find yourself being a very successful clan in the future.

Looking for a clan?
This section is if you are looking for a new clan.
You must be willing to contribute to the clan and be devoted to help them doing well.
There are some things you must think about before joining a clan.
1.What type of clan you are looking to join, Sniping,Modding,GB, specific games etc.
2.Will you get along with the sort of people that are currently in that clan.
3.Will you be happy in that clan you are joining?
4.What type of clan are you looking for?Well known, new clan or a low one?
5.Is the clan leader a good one that is focused on making the clan a success?
Once you have decided on what you would like above, now ask yourself about the clan these questions.
*Am i willing to change my gamertag to whatever they wish?
*Will i play with the clan a lot and devote my gaming to them?
*Are these people competitive enough?
*Do they have a good GB rank?
*Am i of a similar skill to what they are?
*Will i stay in this clan?
*Will i get kicked out the clan by the leader in a few weeks?
*Do they have a website?
*Do they have a sponsor?
*Are the many people in the clan with about the same standard as me?
*Are they to old and mature for me?
*Are they serious gamers?
*Instead of modding are they hacking? (If you want a Modding/Hacking clan)
*Do most clan members have a JTAG? (If you want a Modding/Hacking clan)
*Will i have to contribute to payment with the clan such as advertisement,website costs etc
*Do i play Xbox or PS3 enough to join a clan?
If you match most of the questions then you may think of being apart of that clan, but most of all enjoy yourself in the clan.

Recruiting people for your clan.
Tips on how to get good members for your clan.
Getting new members for your clan doesn't take much effort, just a few posts and messages.It is much better to get players with a high skill level then to get ALOT of players that are not very good. Quality of players is better than the quantity of players in a clan.
Depending on what clan you have ask yourself some of these questions about the person.
1.Does he have a good clan history?
2.Does he have a JTAG, ask for proof!!
3.Can he beat you in a sniping game.
4.What can he mod?
5.Does he have a competitive clan history?
6.Does he have a good GB rank?
