I phoned xbox tolled him that my xbox code didnt work asking for a new one i told him my email addres and stuff and he said your obvisley lieing ro us so i put phone down do they ban u for this??

they could report you for harassment if you did it over and over again if you want them to fix your console just tell them you have three red lights flashing on the front of your console (rrod).

they wont ban for this no way to prove that you are the actual owner of the account or console.they can call your local sheriff dept and press charges for harassment though if they wanted too but doubt they will.
