when i am in the arena or viewing an opponents team it keeps crashing, i have to turn my xbox off?, yes i have deleted my club and made a new one, yes i modded my pro, but i deleted my personal settings so it reset, i phoned EA and they don't know much about it, anyone help or have the same problem?

It could be something to do with your disc.
Go to where ever you bought the game, and let them know the problem.
This happened to me with Black Ops and I proved to them it crashed on certain maps, and they gave me a new one.

ive already tried two of my mates disks and it doesnt work but when someone else recovers my account its works on their xbox?, also when i recover my friends everything is perfect

no its the game.
its always freezing for me resulting in me turing my xbox off and then on. i think its just a bug with the game.
For some reason, it lets me choose my "ultimate team" in exhibition match but it shows up as alot of random numbers
it will usually freeze after that.

Click team managment , Quick tactics, change the top 1 back to default settings , problem solved

Just what i was about to say. That was exactly my problem. Some guy on the EA Forum helped me out.

i know a soloution to your problem. If you have saved a custom tactic on your direction pad slots replace it with default tatic and it should work fine, tell me if this helped
