Alos, I was never talking about build quality, I was talking about sound quality. Cheap, over-marketed trash like this tends to sound on the level of $25 REAL headphones. You bought the label, congrats. And if that makes you feel superior or fuzzy inside, that's fine with me. Go ahead and be a sheep.
I tend to kno what im talking about considering that im a music producer and i own/owned
almost every major headphone on the market including these, beats by dre ibeats, solo hd, and studios, skull candy hesh, sony, and bose. So i kno good quality when i hear it dude. And u said i bought the label i never even heard of this label til i bought these.
A facepalm is not enough. A facedesk is not enough. NOTHING is enough.
You have not heard anything but overmarketed trash. Bose, Beats, and Skullcandy, all the same. Sol joined them.
You say you've heard them all, but you've clearly never heard products from Sennheiser, AKG, Audio Technica, Grado Labs, and so many more real manufacturers. I sincerely hope you don't produce music on headphones like this. For production, you want a neutral sound signature. None of those are neutral.
You clearly haven't the slightest clue what you're talking about and do not know good quality. And you did buy the label every time.
I'm willing to help you pick some real cans if you want. If you take those back, you can get a lot better for what you pay and for your purpose.
I actually have heard the seinheiser and i dont like them but i would be open to suggestions i will give them a try.

Which Sennheisers? They do make low-end as well as high-end. Odds are you didn't spend as much money on the Sennheisers.
Here's where I usually direct people.

Ick. If you can return the Beats, do so. But don't get these. Get some real headphones, not just overmarketed junk.

That does not excuse the fact that they sound terrible, especially for what you pay. For a similar price, you can get MUCH better.
Other headphones have warranties, too, by the way.

Considering the Beats retail for $300 and the Audio-Technica ATH-M50 retails for $150 (very widely available under 100 bucks, though), they are not. The M50s outdo the Beats in many ways. Sound quality, build quality, features, weight, no batteries, etc. It's just ridiculous. You wouldn't buy a $30,000 car that performs like a $15,000 car. At least, I hope you wouldn't.
Ahhh tablets. Inherently useless. a $500 toy is not worth it, any way you put it. Unless you have some sort of legitimate reason, tablets are useless for the time being. They should also be priced much cheaper, like the Kindle Fire. That is the only one that has caught my eye. The Android tablets are much more attractive than the iPad, but they are still not good purchases.

The point i was making with the tablet is that People buy the name apple. If u look at the specs of everytablet then the Android tablets outweigh the ipad but the ipad still dominates 90% of the industry. Just like the beats by dre u can not like em u can say they are terrible but they still continue to dominate the industry.

I'm not saying more popular = better. Oh, and I know my specs. And I've noticed that in general, people never buy the better product.
