To install on jailbroken idevice or not first make sure you have

Ipad
Ipad 2

Iphone 4
Iphone 4s

Ipod Touch 3G
Ipod Touch 4G


Next you must have the latest version of itunes so go to apple.com and download itunes then plug in your i device and wait for a popup it will say that ios 5 is out click download only next open notepad and open the file called hosts located in c:windows>system32>drivers>etc

delete everything in it and paste this #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

Save then go to Itunes and click update and thats it

thats not right though this sorts most errors and lets you update jailbroken idevices

yes but it wont work with jailbroken devices
