its blocking jtags for mw3 so yeah thats all it was ps3 does this to block the jailbreak

Adds the custom block animation in the pause menu (now you don't need a keyboard or chatpad)
adds factory, conveyer, jump pad, beam emitter, and pressure pad actions (in the animation setting)
gives you wings when you are using the jetpack
added some anti griefing measures (not sure what)
*added herobrine*
and there will be more stuff in the next update
