Sad to hear stories like this actually happening in the world, Bullying needs to stop and be stopped soon, you never know when another death could happen because that person has been bullied too much and pushed to the limits.
The laws should step-up a notch.
EDIT: Also, most people don't choose to be gay, it's all in the hormones. Don't hate on them because of their sexuality. It's there choice if they do choose to be Gay or something like that if there not already.
