Do you NEED HD AV cables to record, or can you use a HDMI cord?
I'm getting one, and I looked it up on Youtube, didn't see a spot on the back for it.. :L

You need COmponent cables for xbox and 2 way component cables to go from PVR-->TV, you can't use an HDMI cord./

Not AV cables.. it doesn't record in HD then,
you need component cables. Otherwise it wont be in HD and the gameplay wont feel as smooth as before.

I don't know. I use the HD cords that came with my xbox and the cords that came with my pvr.

You need the component cable - which is the Red, White, Green, Blue, White one.

I dont know which cables you need but i know that is the type of Recorder That zzirGrizz uses/use to.

Good recorder though
