I Had The Exact Same Problem.

I Called Microsoft And They Said Switch It From Your Locale So Try That But Mine Couldnt Be Fixed.They Said Microsft Has No Power Over Migrating accounts country to country so just try switching your locale in system settings

accordding to one thing i read is that you cant change it.
but i then found this that says

I just called, they said that they wouldn't do it, I just said I moved? I'm not sure what to do.

I would make a new one, but this has like 12th prestige on BO, and 10th on MW2. Mw2 is all I really are about.

When I went on Xbox.com and tried to change the region, it wouldn't let me change it from UK.
