if i call microsoft, and say i didnt get my beta unlock, what info will they ask for?

I called an hour ago they ask for ya name phone full address windows live email and gt.They also ask for credit card or security question

okay but my other account was banned due to modding, so i made a new account, they wont see that i didnt play the beta? which i did on my other account
