May help just found try it.
go to play a match,
play a friend,
challenge,
click on a friend,
Click on team management,
then click on quick tackics,
and the top one should be all weird change it back to RTF Default,
or what ever it says and its sorted

Ea told me to do alot of things about game freezing, allthough none worked for me, try cleaning the cache, and they said something about moving your ea files (other than instalation file) from your hardrive on xbox, to your memorystick

Delete all the saves and every thing and try again.

EA Servers are not allowing some people to go onto the servers to prevent them from being hacked as there is a major loop hole so you just have to wait tbh mate
