You have to install the game on XEXMENU tut here
And then need a patch for tu7 or if you want to downgrade to Tu6 here is a tut (i know its filmed horribly but hey its a tut )

I was very surprised to click on this and read through each one of the responses, especially the ones on the very first page.
I'll make this clear,
If you're going to post in a thread where someone is asking for help with something, I HIGHLY suggest you don't use that post to mock, make-fun of, or flame the person asking the question.
When someone asks a question, you either link them to a resource which can help them, or you answer it yourself.
Flaming, spamming and ANY other irrelevant comments WILL be dealt with as will the user(s) caught posting them.
To answer the original question
1) Install MW2 to JTAG.
2) Download a patch, default.xex / default_mp.xex and TU that go together.
I recommend googling TU6 MW2 Patches, downloading the modded .xexs for MW2 and downloading the TU6 for MW2.
3) Put the TU6 in the "cache" folder on your JTAG, overwrite your patch.ff file with the one you downloaded in your MW2 game folder, and do the same with both .xex files.
Now boot the default.xex or default_mp.xex and play a game to see the mods take effect.
Have fun!
