Its not Xbox has a thing it self where u can recover ur friends account and then download ANY DLC its like this so its not stealing.

Yes, Guys you Get your MAIN ACCOUNT Or The [PROFILE you use to sign in after] BANNED, But You don't usually get banned Instantly, you usually get banned After 6 months to after a year they call this "MARKETPLACE THEFT" and you Get BANNED" and You get PERMABANNED. Until

How do I know My Friends Account/Profile Got banned for "License Tranferring Licences" to his NEW console. and They thought he was "Marketplace Thefting" so he was BANNED Permanently. So and AFTER your Screwed he got a new one. usually After you Turn your Console off. AFTER the KINECT "dashboard" Was installed it allowed them to send More data. (when Console light flashes usually 1-2 times) then shuts itself off. Even tho fans were off what ever you move to "Devices" , or HDD (Hard Disk Drive). It makes a log, Of what ever you do with your Xbox360 The Time b4 you turn it on Clears memory Log after off next day Logs again (Repeats).
Example If i start netflix now it will usually Send it like this

@Watched American Dad
@10:01:01 PM (CONSOLE) Went to Xbox 360 Dashboard
@(Console) (Shutting Down)

Cleared After you turn it on.

P.S they are Cracking Down on this The Most and are Now Sweeping Bios,Mottos,DLC, Any Device you connect and usually Take pictures of what you had on your recent bio before u ever changed it.

Thats pretty dumb because on the website they have the option to transfer licences lol ive been doing that for about a year and havent been banned . Ive used it for Black ops and mw2 DLC

I used it on my other account a year ago I was Banned and So was My Friend Cause What it usually sends is Where the Profile came From I know your legit btw.
but, The thing is Your Downloading DLC From the "Profile" and they Consider it MarketPlace Theft. This Is Legit Guys but, Use it wisely.

And Yes they Track Where you registered your Console on/web/Console.
