they started making this game before any homefront details were released, they took ideas from the communtity

You don't buy your pointstreaks in MW3, you earn them. Homefront you had to get enough points to buy the killstreak to use it. :facepalm:

Homefront copied Mw2. You use guns to kill people just like in mw2.

medal of honor has points streak system aswell they call it that because you earn killstreaks without getting kills and about you all saying MW3 copying homefront you all missing the point were do you think these ideas come from, yes other game but they not gona be exactly the same.

In Homefront, you gain points many different ways. From killing players, to playing the objective, to 'Marking' enemies. You use these Battle Points (BP) to BUY your rewards.

In Modern Warfare 3, you gain killstreaks by kills, or pointstreaks by nearly any means, like HF. The difference? You DON'T BUY your rewards. In MW3, you select the ones you can use per game. And you don't need thousands of points to unlock that Precious chopper of yours.


Also, in HF, you have more options to choose from while in-combat. From Humvees, to tanks, to Helichoppers. In MW3, you can only choose 3 at a time. MW3 did not copy HF. Homefront has a unique rewards system, as does Modern Warfare.
