Ok here we go try an keep up. this is how i think all the shit started in GOW with the locus.

1st Adam fenix and mirrah (the queen) were both kog scientist.
2nd they discovered the locus
3rd Mirrah was stationed under ground to monitor the locus and while down their they made her their queen.
4th Adam and mirrah are the parents of Marcus fenix
5th nasty divorce mirrah wagged war against the kog lol
6th Adam got the dog in the divorce
