I Was Wondering why My Horizon would not work i have deleted it and Run it as admin also Went to safe mode Just to make sure if it was the program's fault, Also i have had this happen to me before i was wondering if i got IP Banned? For a week or something Thank You So Much for the help TTG Community.

It would Say like: horizon has stopped working and Windows is trying to find a solution

does it just not open or does it give you an error message

If you DID get ip banned reset your router and the ip changes.
