unfortunately this is a general thing with HDMI jtags, no matter what method you use for wiring i.e. the aud_clamp you will get some random error on start-up occasionally

if you know what you are doing then in all means send him the money with your order and address in the note, but if you dont have a clue what to do then it would be best sending him in your console.
