No its not, My other Xbox wasnt working when I tried to load the burnt disk so I had to
Hotswap my elite and it works fine.

hotswapping on the dashboard is patched where u open ur tray and load up game details is now patched if u want to hotswap u have to open ur xbox with a torques screwdriver if u need help just message me please give me rep thank you

hotswapping can be patched but microsoft wouldnt want to as it would make the problem worse, this is because of people who hotswap just get a few mods for games and microsoft will just try and ban them, but if that is patched then people who still want iso mods will likely flash their drive which enables the mods but it also will make people try to play games they havent even bought
