If you join their party they could possibably get your ip adress and DDOS you. This could send so many bots to your internet you would need a new router or internet service provider.

Used to do this to my friends myself, they invite you to their party, get your IP and boot you offline. Depending on how many shells they have, is how long your offline. Some cases I've heard of kids having to get new routers, so be careful.

Xbox has a security system that is almost impossible to breach.

Then if they have a booter, you can be booted offline.

There threatening you and yes they can get your IP address and hit you offline and yes they can fry someones router i have been hit offline several times 120 seconds each time.. Meaning you cant get online anywhere with that IP address it sucks yes. What more people can do is take down webs my friend took down Ghetto Gaming down for a sum of 2 mins it was funny but thats enough on that subject its Illegal if you want more to look up on this ..
