Whats the difference between rep points and rep power?

Rep points is when someone reps you for doing a good job or you had a helpful topic. Rep power is what tells the community that you are either active or helpful

There is 100 Rep points in 1 rep power

so every 100 rep points your earn you will gain one rep power.
