Whenever I Make A Post Saying "Any oG Ideas" Or Something Like ThatI Get A Decent Amount Of Posts Actually Giving Me Ideas!But Of Course My Posts Get Deleted And I Dont Want To Get Banned Over Spamming

But When I Make A Reply In The Stickied Section Whear My Reply/Post/Question Belongs I Get No Response!

It was probably the best idea they had at the time.
But it's clearly served it's required function and doesn't need to be stickied anymore imo.

Yeah i agree. Since not that much topics about oGs are created anymore, the sticky is not really necessary.
