How the hell is that possible? The 360 won't affect your computer in any way at all. It may slow down your internet since the 360 uses internet but not the computer itself.

Upgrade your Internet package by calling your provider, ask for more bandwidth, it may be more expensive, but worth it in the end.

Try using a Ethernet cable to put into the xbox or the computer.

It's your xbox bandwidth and computer bandwidth, So pretty much you are taking more internet usage while on xbox than on your PC.

Either
1. run your xbox through Ethernet
2. ask for an upgrade from internet provider
3. get a new router

Thats just what i think.
