game used to be early but they use Parcelforce in Britain now so you are looking to get it on the day or the day after.

However I use Gamestation and I know they are the same company Gamestation do NOT use parcelforce and there still could be a chance of getting it the day before but this is not guaranteed it is just the better option.

Bearing in mind there are other companies that sell games aswell.

If you order from Play you get it a day early or that's what happened last year with Black Ops

Legally they aren't allowed to send it (and have you get it) before it's release date on purpose. But people usually do get it early because they want to make sure that their customers get it on the release date, and mail goes faster sometimes than they anticipate.
