My guess, it he bought it from e-bay. E-bay does have some cheap brands, but they're not all guarenteed, and some of them don't work, so you're risking it by doing that. The ones on here work perfect, and are 100% new, and there's great customer satisfaction, I don't know the exact % for that, but yea ha ha!
