BunnyRP wrotex_MR_Skunk_x wroteoh wow im gonna call my brother he help me alot with my issues and see if he knows anything hang in there put just a suggestion get another dvd drive flash it maybe its something in the chips in your dvd driveBunnyRP wroteyes it should close once its turned off. so its just ejecting when you close it and when you turn it off it just stays open ?x_MR_Skunk_x wrote try taking off the face plate and removing the eject button
i know this seems ghetto but maybe the button that ejects the tray is getting stuck or is going bad then you can just eject the disk from the dash board
But wouldnt it randomly boot into XELL if itwas an issue with the eject button ? and wouldnt it still close after being turned off ?
Yeah i have no idea why though =/

It isn't a NAND problem, I've had this with a couple of retail repairs.
Have you modified the disk tray in any way? (The last time I had this issue is when I upped the power to the laser)
Or... Do you know if there is any connection issues with the SATA?
Check those 2 things out, it is all I can suggest!
